% 13.05.2016 After some hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant submits that he is under instructions to withdraw the present appeal. The present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

The amount deposited by the appellant in terms of the interim order shall now be released to the claimant in accordance with directions in the impugned judgment. If there is short fall, the claimants shall be at liberty to take out appropriate execution proceedings before the tribunal.
