% 17.12.2018 The matter has been listed for directions in view of the fact that on the last date of hearing we had heard substantive submissions of learned counsels and, it appears, that though the petitioner may have something to say on the merits, the Original Application and the present petition are inadequate when it comes to the averments contained therein are concerned. We are of the view that to render complete justice to the parties, the matter should be remanded back to the Tribunal and the petitioner should be permitted to amend the Original Application with a view to make the pleadings clear in all respects. We order accordingly. The impugned order is, accordingly, set aside and the matter is
remanded back to the Tribunal. It should be open to the petitioner to amend the Original Application. Steps in that regard, if any, be taken within two weeks.
List the matter before the Tribunal on 14.01.2019. In case, the petitioner seeks amendment, the respondents shall be entitled to file their reply to the amended petition. The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. VIPIN SANGHI, J A. K. CHAWLA, J DECEMBER 17, 2018 N.Khanna
