He seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to apply afresh if need so arises. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances, trial court is directed to expeditiously consider the bail application of the petitioner in accordance with law.
