% 05.12.2016 The suit has been listed by the Registry today for transfer to the District Courts, as the value of the suit for the purpose of pecuniary jurisdiction is less than Rs. 2 crores.

The cause of action as per para 18 of the plaint has arisen at A-38B, Kailash Colony, New Delhi, which falls within the jurisdiction of SouthEast District, Saket Courts, New Delhi. In terms of the Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 and also in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Chief Justice, the suit stands transferred to the District Courts.

The parties are directed to appear before the Ld. District Judge (South-East), Saket Courts, Delhi on 2nd January, 2017 for further directions.
