Learned counsel says that the respondent would have no objection, if this Court were to appoint a former Judge of this Court as an Arbitrator.

Mr. Seth, who, appears for the petitioner submits likewise. 4.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with the following directions:- 4.1 Hon‟ble Ms. Justice Indermeet Kaur Kochhar, former Judge of this Court, (M: 9910384614) is appointed as an Arbitrator. 4.2 Learned Arbitrator will be paid fee in terms of the Fourth Schedule of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. 5.

A copy of this order will be dispatched by the Registry to the learned Arbitrator.
