% 13.07.2018 The present petition instituted on behalf of the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is not being entertained at this juncture, in view of the circumstance that the subject premises, of which de-sealing is sought, has been sealed by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi, on the directions of the Monitoring Committee, constituted by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, before whom the issue is pending. The same is evident from a perusal of the reply given by the North Delhi Municipal Corporation to the RTI application filed by the petitioner. In view of the foregoing, whilst reserving liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application, in accordance with law, before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, the present writ petition is dismissed.
