% 20.07.2017 By following the law laid down in the case of M. Balasubramanian vs. State 2012 (2) Crimes 401, a Bench of coordinate jurisdiction vide order dated 18th September, 2014 passed in Crl. Revision Petition no. 17/2013 titled Sohail Khan vs. State through CBI and Crl. Revision Petition no. 20/2013 titled Sohail Khan vs. State through CBI along with other connected Revision Petitions, has directed that accused (petitioner) can be permitted to undergo the period in default of payment of fine in each of the offences concurrently.
