% 26.08.2016 1.
By the present petition the petitioner seeks bail in case FIR No.183/2016 under Section 376 IPC registered at PS Begumpur, Delhi. 2.
The allegations by the complainant in the FIR are that the petitioner resided opposite the house of her sister, thus both of them became acquaintances. Slowly the relationship developed between the two of them and the petitioner assured to marry her. It is alleged that on the assurance of marriage the petitioner established physical relationship with the complainant at different places. However, later the petitioner and his family members refused to solemnise the marriage.
3.
A status report has been filed. As per the status report the complainant has not been able to reveal the addresses where relations were established according to her, besides other details. BAIL APPLN. 1427/2016
4.
Learned APP for the State on instructions from the Investigating Officer submits that the investigation is complete and the charge sheet is likely to be filed within a week. On instructions she further states that no further custodial interrogation of the petitioner is required to be made. 5.
Considering the fact that the investigation is complete and it is the complainant who is not cooperating with the investigation, I deem it fit to grant bail to the petitioner. It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court, further subject to the condition that the petitioner will not leave the country without prior permission of the learned Trial Court. 6.
Petition is disposed of.
