% 18.07.2016 Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the present Letters Patent Appeal with liberty to file an appropriate application in W.P.(C) No.4420/2016, titled Rajendra Prasad Gupta Vs. Delhi Development Authority bringing relevant facts on record. She asserts that the appellant was deliberately not made a party to the writ petition.

The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

Learned counsel appearing for the appellant states that withdrawal of the present appeal would not curtail or prevent the appellant from subsequently challenging the impugned order. We also accept the said prayer.
