W.P.(C) 6123/2016 Learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3, on advance notice, submits that intimation has been received from the school dated 19.07.2016 that the petitioner is a bona fide student of class X of the school for the session 2016-2017. He submits that nothing further survives in the petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner confirms that the student was permitted to attend the classes from yesterday and the petitioner has been informed by the concerned school that he has been promoted to Class X.
