This writ petition was listed on 04.03.2025 when adjournment was sought on behalf of the Petitioner, which was strenuously opposed by Mr.Sanjay Sharma as an interim order is operating since 2017 with an outstanding property tax of Rs.91 Crores to the NDMC. At request of learned counsel for the Petitioner, this writ petition was listed today. 2.

The matter has been called for the second time today. There was no appearance on behalf of the Petitioner on the first call and none appears on the second call. It appears that the Petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution, along with pending application.

Interim order stands vacated.
