HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE PRADEEP NANDRAJOG
O R D E R
% 14.09.2016 1.
The matter was listed for September 13, 2016 which was declared a holiday and therefore is being taken up today. 2.
On an alleged settlement by the petitioner with the complainant quashing of the FIR No.609/2005 PS R.K.Puram for offences punishable under Sections 420/406/120-B IPC is prayed for. 3.
Notwithstanding the complainant settling the dispute with the petitioner, I do not quash the FIR for the reason one Shri N.C.Bansal has also approached the police alleging same acts committed by the petitioner and one Raj Kumar Setia to cheat him.
The possibility of other persons emerging as the ones who have been cheated by the petitioner and Raj Kumar Setia cannot be ruled out.
4.
The petition is dismissed.
