% 13.07.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not been named in the FIR. Victim Virender Lal has filed his affidavit stating therein that petitioner has been falsely implicated. Affidavit is on record. Learned APP submits that petitioner was named by the injured in his supplementary statement.

Keeping in mind the totality of facts and circumstances of this case, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the
