1. With 12th December, 2016 being declared a holiday on account of MiladUn-Nabi, the matter is taken up today.

2. It is seen that the main appeal itself was disposed of on 20th September, 2013 and that order has attained finality. It is stated that in the meanwhile, the challenge by the Respondent to the Award has also failed and no appeal has been filed against the dismissal of the said petition.

3. This being a contempt petition in a disposed of matter, list before the roster Bench on 23rd March, 2017.
