% 06.08.2018 After some hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition challenging the summoning order, the petitioner reserving the right to pursue the remedies available in law should a notice under Section 251 Cr.P.C. be served upon him rejecting his contentions for dropping of the proceedings before the trial court.

The petition and the applications filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn.
