% 30.07.2018 The petitioner seeks parole for a period of two months to re-establish social ties with family and society. The impugned order dated 04.06.2018 rejected the application for parole on the ground that the petitioner had recently availed furlough from 03.03.2018 to 17.03.2018. In view of the above, it will be open to the petitioner to file a fresh petition seeking a similar relief at an appropriate stage. The petition stands disposed-off in the above terms.
