% 11.08.2016 Crl.M.A. No.12287/2016 Mr. Praveen Mishra, Deputy Commissioner is present in court. I have heard learned counsel for the parties.
Mr. Chaudhary submits that the hearing on the petitioner's application under Rule 132 of Delhi Excise Rules has been fixed today before the Commissioner (Excise).
Let the Commissioner (Excise) consider the said application and hear the petitioner, and pass a reasoned order at the earliest considering that the goods are perishable in nature.
Learned counsel for the respondent informs that so far as the appeal for seeking release of the vehicle in question is concerned, the date for personal hearing of the appeal shall be fixed today itself and communicated to the petitioner when the petitioner's application under Rule 132 is taken up for hearing.
The application stands disposed of.
