% 10.08.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Suit No.240/2014 titled Nirlon Ltd. vs. Union Bank of India is pending in the court of Shri Devender Kumar Jangala, Addl. District Judge, West Delhi. He submits that another matter between the same parties was pending before Ms.Geetanjali Goel, Addl. District Judge, Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. However, the said court has been abolished. It is submitted that both the matters are at the stage of final arguments and can be disposed of by the court of Mr.Devender Kumar Jangala.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.2/Bank of India has no objection to this. It is pointed out that respondents No.1 and 3 are ex parte and that respondent No.2 is the main contesting respondent. In view of the above, the present Transfer Petition is allowed. Suit No.2185/2001 titled Nirlon Ltd. vs. Union Bank of India & Ors. which was TRP.C.70/2016

pending in the court of Ms.Geetanjali Goel, Addl. District Judge, Central , Tis Hazari Courts is transferred to the court of Shri Devender Kumar Jangala, Addl. District Judge, West, Delhi to be tried alongwith Suit No.240/2014 of the same title.

Suit No.240/2014 is listed on 22.8.2016 before the Court of Shri Devender Kumar Jangala, Addl. District Judge, West, Delhi. Parties to appear before the said court on the said date. Petition stands disposed of.

All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
