1. It is not in dispute that the Award is sought to be enforced qua the properties of the Respondents, none of which are within the territorial jurisdiction of this court. The plant and machinery and immovable properties of the Respondents are located in Haridwar, Uttrakhand. Even the accounts of the Respondents are stated to be with the banks in Haridwar.

2. In that view of the matter, the petition is dismissed as not maintainable but liberty is granted to the Petitioner to move the appropriate court for enforcement.

3. The petition is disposed of.
