% 07.02.2019 Despite pass-over learned Amicus Curiae appointed by the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee is not present. In the present case the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to re-establish social ties and file a Special Leave Petition. Notice in this petition was issued on 18th July, 2018 and thereafter the matter is listed on fourth effective date and despite the efforts being made to trace the family of the petitioner none was found at the given address. The petitioner finally gave the address of one Gopal Kumar, whom he claimed to be his nephew. However Gopal was not found to be the real nephew of the petitioner. Since the petitioner has no roots in the society, this Court does not find it to be a fit case for grant of parole to the petitioner. W.P.(CRL) 2123/2018

As regards the ground of filing of Special Leave petition is concerned the same can be filed through the legal aid.

Petition is dismissed.
