O R D E R

% 14.08.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was employee of complainant. Disputes arose between them over payment of salary. Petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. Investigations are over and trial is underway. Petitioner is in custody from 13th November, 2017.

Learned APP submits that petitioner was employed with complainant. He misappropriated 325 gms of gold from complainant's shop. Petitioner may not be admitted to bail keeping in view the serious allegations levelled against him.

Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances, petitioner is admitted to bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of

`10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial court. Application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
