% 05.02.2019 The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition primarily to seek implementation of the order dated 04.07.2011 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal ('Tribunal') in OA No.2266/2008. The present petition is not maintainable before this Court. The petitioner should first approach the Tribunal in appropriate proceedings and if he is still dissatisfied, it is open to him to approach this Court. The petition is accordingly dismissed.
