% 21.02.2018 In view of Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 issued consequent upon enactment of the Commercial Courts, Commercial Division and Commercial Appellate Division of High Courts Act 2015, this matter was transferred to New Delhi District, Patiala House Courts, vide order dated 06th January, 2017 passed by this Hon'ble Court.

This matter has now been received back from the Court of Additional District Judge-5, New Delhi District for transfer to the South-East District, Saket Courts since an application under Order VII Rule 10-A of the Code of Civil Procedure has been filed by the plaintiff. It has been averred in the application that the office of the respondent, which is situated at CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi, comes within the territorial jurisdiction of South-East District.

-2O.M.P. 719/2009 It has been prayed in the application that this matter may be transferred to South-East District, Saket Courts.

A perusal of the records shows that there has been no appearance on behalf of the respondent since 06th January, 2017, whereafter on as many as 10 occasions the case was taken up by the Court. In the circumstances the registry to transmit the records of this case to the Court of learned District and Sessions Judge, South-East District, Saket Courts.
