Notice. Learned proxy counsel for the learned Standing Counsel for the State accepts notice.
2.
Status report has been handed over which is taken on record. As per the status report, address of the wife of the petitioner has been verified. The wife of the petitioner has opposed for grant of parole to the petitioner on the ground that petitioner has already murdered their two sons and she has a strong apprehension that when the petitioner is released on parole he may commit her murder. It is thus apparent that the family members of the W.P.(CRL) 2115/2018
petitioner do not want to re-establish social ties with the petitioner. 3.
As per the nominal roll, the petitioner is in custody now for nearly 11 years with remissions however considering the verification report, this Court is not inclined to grant parole to the petitioner. The petitioner can avail the services of jail visiting advocate to file an SLP. 4.
