% 10.08.2015 Parties have settled all their disputes before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre on the terms and conditions as stipulated in Agreement-cum-Settlement dated 11th September, 2014, a photocopy whereof is on record and marked as 'Mark C-1'.

Parties shall remain bound by the terms of settlement. I find the terms of settlement to be lawful. Parties have settled all their disputes involved in the various cases, as detailed in para 1 of 'Mark C-1'. Accordingly, a decree is passed in terms of 'Mark C-1', which shall form part of the decree. Since parties have settled their disputes in the Mediation Centre, court fee be refunded to plaintiff and necessary certificate be issued in this regard by the Registry.

Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructious. A.K. PATHAK, J.
