The Supreme Court Monitoring Committee and North Delhi Municipal Corporation are being represented by Mr. Amit Singh Chauhan and Mr. Anjum Javed respectively.

Learned counsel appearing for the Supreme Court Monitoring

Committee states, he has instructions to state that the Monitoring Committee shall not carry out any action without proper advice of the Appropriate Authority and any action shall be taken in accordance with law. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners and the respondents agree that remedy for the petitioners against the communication dated July 02, 2018 (demarcation report) is to file an appeal before the Deputy Commissioner (Revenue).

Mr. Bansal states that the petitioners shall approach the Deputy Commissioner (Revenue) within 15 days from today. Ordered accordingly. The limitation, if any shall not be taken against the petitioners. It goes without saying that the petitioners shall be at liberty to urge all points, as available to the petitioners both on facts and in law. The concerned Authority shall decide the appeal in accordance with law. Till such time, the appeal is decided interim order dated July 16, 2018 shall continue. Petition stands disposed of.

CM No. 27186/2018 (for stay) Dismissed as infructuous.
