% 15.11.2018 Notice.

Learned APP accepts notice for respondent no.1. Respondent no.2 is present in Court along with her counsel and accepts notice. She has been identified by ASI Sukhram Pal of police station Jafrabad.

Respondent no.2 says that she has settled the matter with petitioners of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion vide Compromise Deed dated 10th May, 2018. She further submits that in view of the settlement, she has no objection in case FIR No.647/2014 under sections 324/354/354A/452/506/34 IPC registered at police station Zafrabad and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed against the petitioners.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the FIR pending. Accordingly, aforesaid FIR is quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.. Dasti. A.K. PATHAK, J NOVEMBER 15, 2018/sm
