% 26.09.2016 Status report has been filed by SDMC. It is stated that because of the construction of the basement of owner / occupier of the adjacent property i.e. 31/1, Punjabi Bagh Extension the property of respondent no.2 had become dangerous. The respondent no.1/ SDMC had taken the initiative and filled up the complete basement with soils and got removed the danger which has emerged due to the construction of the afore noted basement.

Contention of counsel for respondent no.1 is that in terms of notice dated 25.06.2012 petitioner is now at liberty to get his building repaired which is an only option available to him in terms of the impugned notice. The repair of the building will be carried out by the petitioner within an outer limit of six weeks from today. No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
