% 23.09.2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the illegal and unauthorized construction purported to be carried out at property no. A/221, Saheen Bagh, Opposite to Ek Menaar Masjid, okhla, New Delhi. Respondent has filed an affidavit / status report. It has been confirmed from the report that the property in question already stands booked on 28.06.2016 and also on 02.09.2016. Work stop notice has also been issued on 15.07.2016 as also on 14.09.2016. Demolition orders were also passed on 25.07.2016 and 19.09.2016. Demolition program has now been fixed for 29.09.2016. Courts notes the submission of respondent no.1 that all actions in accordance with law shall be taken. Assistance of respondent no.3 be also taken.

No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
