Respondent no.3 has filed a status report indicating that an administrative approval has already been granted way back on 06.10.2017 for ₹27.33 lakhs for construction of road and drain in Gali No. 23, F-Block, Aya Nagar in Mehrauli Block, South District, Delhi. It is also stated that there was a well-constructed metal road and small open drains on both sides of the road. However, it is not disputed that there is a water logging problem in the area. In view of the above, respondent no.3 along with other agencies is directed to ensure that a feasible solution is found to the said water logging problem.

The petition is dismissed in default, albeit, with the aforesaid
