On the payment being made, the dispute or claim would be treated as closed. He states that counter affidavit to the said effect is being filed today in the court. The counter affidavit is filed and taken on record. Counsel for the petitioner states that he has received the copy of the said affidavit and the petitioner would make payment of Rs.40,300/- within four weeks from today.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
