% 09.08.2018 1.
Learned counsel for the respondents states at the outset that the petitioner has been removed from the service vide order dated 05.07.2018, for refusal to receive official documents. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is unaware of the said position. 2.
We are not surprised to hear this particularly on perusing the nature of relief prayed for in the present petition, where the petitioner seeks issuance of a writ of mandamus against the respondents calling upon them to stop communicating with him on various issues including his posting orders at Imphal Airport.
3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, while reserving the right of the petitioner to seek legal recourse against the removal order dated 05.07.2018. W.P.(C) 7294/2018
4.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn along with the pending application, with liberty granted as prayed for. HIMA KOHLI, J REKHA PALLI, J AUGUST 09, 2018 ap/na W.P.(C) 7294/2018
