BAIL APPLN. 1640/2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks interim bail on the ground that he has his money due from number of persons and in case the petitioner is able to get interim bail, he would recover the same so as to secure the future of his daughter. In support of the application, the petitioner has given the names of persons and amounts due towards them. Status report has been handed over which is taken on record which verifies that there are certain persons from whom the petitioner owes the money. On a query by this Court learned APP, on instructions, submits that 25 prosecution witnesses have been examined including the material witnesses. Considering the fact that the material witnesses have been examined
and the petitioner has to recover the amount due from the various persons, this Court deems it fit to grant interim bail to the petitioner. It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on bail for a period of four weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety bond of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court further subject to the condition that during the period of interim bail, the petitioner will not approach the witnesses of the case or tamper with the evidence.
