% 17.01.2017 CM Appl. 1516/2017 in Cont.Cas(C) 903/2013 Present application has been filed by the petitioner for withdrawal of the contempt petition in view of the Settlement Agreement dated 29th December, 2016 executed between the parties. He, however, prays that the present petition be disposed of in accordance with the aforesaid Settlement Agreement. A copy of the Settlement Agreement dated 29th December, 2016 has been annexed along with the present application.

Consequently, present application is allowed and the contempt petition is disposed of in accordance with the Settlement Agreement dated 29th December, 2016.
