O.M.P. (T) (COMM.) Nos.51/2016 and 53/2016 Issue notice to the respondent.

Learned counsel appearing on its

behalf accepts the notice who has fairly submitted that in case the petitioners will move an application for cross-examination of the respondent's witness before the Arbitral Tribunal within two weeks, the witness will be presented before the Arbitral Tribunal for the purpose of cross-examination. Under these circumstances, no further orders are required to be passed as agreed between the parties. Both the petitions are accordingly disposed of. Copies of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the parties and a copy thereof be delivered to the Arbitral Tribunal forthwith. MANMOHAN SINGH, J.
