% 03.10.2016 At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent objects to the institution of the present petition as being unauthorized. He has drawn the attention of this Court to the certified copy of the board resolution annexed along with the petition which indicates that the Board of Directors of the petitioner has only authorized banking transactions and other connected matters.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh along with the necessary authorization.
