% 09.04.2015 On the consent of learned counsel for the parties, learned counsel for the respondent states that leave to defend be granted in the matter and he would prove his case during trial.

Consequently, the impugned orders are set aside. Leave to defend is granted to the petitioners. Written statement be filed by the petitioners within four weeks. Replication within four weeks thereafter. List before the learned ARC on 6^*^ July, 2015 when the parties will appear before the Court. RC.REV. Nos. 466/2011 & 468/2011 Certify that the digital file and physical file have been compared the digital data is as per the physical file

Since the eviction petitions are of the year 2008 the learned ARC is requested to expedite the same and conclude the trial preferably within one year.
