% 21.08.2018 Issue notice. Mr. Rajesh Mahajan, the learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State accepts notice.
At joint request, the case is taken up for final disposal. The learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits, upon instructions, that no third person is suspected of having caused harm to the petitioner. He states that the petitioner fell ill and was taken to the hospital. It is the petitioner's case that, after she was found in an unconscious state along with her son, she was taken to the hospital and she was apparently ill, she has been treated at a hospital in Delhi and has been joined by her husband and family and they are living peacefully; medically she is in a better condition and she continues her medication. No person is an accused in a FIR, nothing much has transpired since its registration in 2013. In view of the above, the F.I.R. No. 134/2013 registered under
