W.P.(C) 573/2017 The petitioner impugns the order dated 15.12.2015 whereby the Central Information Commission has declined to review its decision dated 20.10.2015 on the ground that there is no power of review. The petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a petition challenging the original order of CIC dated 20.10.2015.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
