The petitioner has filed the present application, inter alia, seeking rectification of paragraph 3 of the order dated 27.02.2018. Paragraph 3 of the said order reads as under:- "3.

The writ petitioner says that the order is flawed for two reasons. One, that out of the five appeals, three appeals were filed by him while the other two were filed by his father. Two, that a substitution application had been moved by the petitioner which was allowed by respondent no.l/ CIC. 2.

The petitioner states that the applications filed by the petitioner were not allowed but were overlooked. In view of the above, paragraph 3 of the said order is rectified to read as under:- "3.

The writ petitioner says that the order is flawed for two reasons. One, that out of the five appeals, three appeals were

filed by him while the other two were filed by his father. Two, that a substitution application had been moved by the petitioner which was overlooked by respondent no.l/ CIC. 3.

The order dated 22.05.2018, which quotes the order dated 27.02.2018 shall also stand rectified to the aforesaid extent. 4.

The application is disposed of.
