% 16.12.2016 C.M. Appl. 31306/2016 The petitioner is seeking refund of 50% of the award amount deposited with the Registrar General of this Court in terms of the order dated 18th November, 2013.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has satisfied the award and the amount of Rs.1,60,000/- has been paid to the respondent. Copy of the letter dated 19th October, 2016 issued by Yes Bank to the petitioner is handed over and taken on record. The application is allowed and the amount deposited by the petitioner in terms of order dated 18th November, 2013 along with interest accrued thereon be refunded back to the petitioner.
