The petitioner has filed the present application, inter alia, impugning the letter dated 10.06.2019 rejecting the petitioner's application for an OCI Card.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner has also filed a revision petition against this order before the Ministry of Home Affairs.

The grievance of the petitioner in the above captioned petition was disposed of and the instant application is filed by the petitioner in respect of a separate cause of action that has arisen thereafter. 4.

In view of the above, the application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a substantive petition.
