She submits that in view of the subsequent order passed by the Family Court on application under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, vide judgment dated 25.09.2017, whereby maintenance has been fixed at Rs. 30,000/- per month for petitioner no. 1 and Rs. 20,000/- per month each for petitioner no. 2 and 3 and further Rs. 20,000/- towards rental, she does not wish to press the present petition and seeks to pursue her remedy in terms of the said order.
