The instant appeal is prolix and does not centre on the legality of the impugned order wherein the respondent has been awarded interim maintenance under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 in sum of ₹25,000/- per month.

The learned counsel for the appellant concedes to the fact that resorting to cut, copy and paste, pleadings in the divorce petition have been copied. There is hardly any worthwhile attack to the impugned order. 3.

Rather than to amend the appeal which would require a drastic amendment of deleting over 90% of the averments and then adding of relevant averments, learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave MAT.APP.(F.C.) 108/2016

to withdraw the appeal with right reserved to file a fresh appeal challenging the impugned order.

Granting liberty as prayed for the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.

No costs.
