% 21.08.2018 Crl.M.A.30350/2018 (for modification of order dated 19.07.2018) 1.

By this application, the petitioners seek modification of clerical errors in paragraph 3 of the judgment dated 19.07.2018. 2.

It has been mentioned in paragraph 3 that the parties were separated through a divorce by mutual consent. It is pointed out that the parties were divorced through a (contested) no-fault decree of absolute divorce passed by the Montgomery County, Maryland, USA. 3.

Accordingly, in paragraph 3, the words "and have amicably dissolved their marriage by mutual consent" shall be substituted by the words "and have been divorced through a no-fault decree of absolute divorce".

4.

Further, in paragraph 3 of the said judgment, the date of decree CRL.M.C. 3531/2018

of divorce shall be read as 02.08.2016 instead of 15.08.2016. 5.

The paragraph 3 of the said judgment, after modification, shall read as under:- "Learned counsels for the parties submit that the parties have settled their disputes and have been divorced through a no-fault decree of absolute divorce and decree of divorce has been passed by the Circuit Court of Montgomery County, Maryland on 02.08.2016. It is further submitted on behalf of the parties that parties had entered into the settlement vide Memorandum of Settlement dated 27.03.2018."

6.

The application is disposed of in the above terms. 7.

The Registry is directed to upload today's order as a corrigendum to judgment dated 19.07.2018.
