% 10.12.2018 Although this case was not amicably settled through mediation, but learned counsel for both the sides now inform that an out of Court settlement has been arrived at between the parties and in view thereof, out the awarded amount of ₹68,942/- deposited by petitioner in terms of order of 15th July, 2016, amount of ₹55,000/- alongwith interest accrued thereon be released to respondent-Vijay Kumar Tiwari. In view of the above, Registry is directed to release an amount of ₹55,000/- with interest accrued thereon to respondent-Vijay Kumar Tiwari forthwith and the balance amount of ₹13,942/- alongwith interest accrued thereon, be released to petitioner at the earliest.
