The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in Case FIR No.319/2016 registered under Section 376/313 IPC registered at Police Station Jamia Nagar. Status report is on record. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The petitioner is in custody since 2.06.2016. Charge-sheet has already been filed.

Status report reveals that the prosecutrix and the victim were acquainted with each other since long. They had lived together for sufficient duration. Physical relations took place between the two on several occasions. The complainant/prosecutrix became pregnant on two occasions. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on his furnishing personal bond in the BAIL APPLN. 1420/2016

sum of `50,000/-with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. The petitioner shall not contact the prosecutrix and other witnesses and shall not endeavour to criminally intimidate them in any manner, whatsoever.
