Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to make a representation for seeking a visa to visit his families located in India.

Clearly, the petitioner is not precluded from doing so. If any such representation is made, the concerned Authority shall consider the same and take appropriate decision.

The petition is disposed of with the aforesaid orders. The pending application is also disposed of.
