W.P.(C) 7132/2018 The present petition under 226 of the Constitution of India has been instituted by the petitioner praying as follows: "A. Writ of Mandamus and/or any other appropriate writ, order or direction the Respondent No.1 and /or Respondent No.2 to provide the Petitioner herein with the copy of answer sheet/script/ book of the Petitioner's daughter [Ms. Stuti Govil] with NIOS Enrollment No.210035153018 for the Sr.

Secondary ODES Chemistry Exam [Subject Code:313] conducted on 28.03.2018 the result of which was declared on 29.05.2018;and B. Writ of Mandamus and/or any other appropriate writ,

order or direction directing the Respondent No.1 and/or Respondent No.2 to provide the Petitioner herein with the question paper as provided to the Petitioner's daughter [Ms. Stuti Govil] while appearing for the Sr. Secondary ODES Chemistry Exam [Subject Code:313] on 28.03.2018;

C. Writ of Mandamus and/or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Respondent No.1 and /or Respondent No.2 to provide the Petitioner herein with the copy of the Model Answer Sheet for the Sr. Secondary ODEs Chemistry Exam [Subject Code:313] conducted on 28.03.2018 the result of which was declared on 29.05.2018; and D. Writ of Mandamus and/or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Respondent No.1 and/or Respondent No.2 to process the Application for Revaluation dated 08.06.2018 submitted by the Petitioner's daughter for revaluating her answer sheet [pending with Respondent No.2 since 09.06.2018] for the Sr. Secondary ODES Chemistry Exam [Subject Code:313] conducted on 28.03.2018 in a time bound manner and within a period of one week."

Issue notice.

Mr. S. Rajappa, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS)/respondent No.2 and, on instructions, states that the subject answer sheets/scripts/book, as well as, the question paper and the model answer sheet, if any, for Senior Secondary ODES Chemistry Exam conducted on 28.03.2018, shall be provided to Ms. Stuti Govil, within a period of two weeks from today. Directed accordingly.

If any grievance survives subsequent upon receipt of the above documents, the petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate steps, in accordance with law.

With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of

accordingly. Pending application also stands disposed of. A copy of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties under signature of the Court Master.
