Both the parties have amicably resolved the matter. As per the settlement, the respondent has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.1,20,000/- to the petitioner in full and final settlement of all his claims within a period of one week from today. The settlement is taken on record. 3.

This petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement. 4.

This Court appreciates the assistance rendered by learned counsels for the parties in this matter.

The petitioner shall sign the order sheet before leaving this Court. 6.
